You must arrive in Flagstaff, AZ sometime on June 27, 2011 (Monday)
We are leaving Flag EARLY and traveling to Lee's Ferry to rig on June 28 (Tuesday)
We launch on June 29 (Wednesday)
We will arrive at Phantom for exchanges on July 5 (Tuesday)
We will take off at Pearce Ferry on July 16 (Saturday)
You can fly out from Flagstaff late Saturday evening or Sunday.

Let's all make a promise to one another that money will be a boring subject without any drama involved (please). You can send me money to my email address via PayPal or snail mail a check. Please don't be late on deposits :-) or at least call me.
I have a separate bank account for this trip that all money is deposited into. Here’s the money details:
• Deposit of $100 per person due May 1, 2010, please let us know if you are planning on a full trip or half trip, and if half, which half, Lee’s to Phantom or Phantom to Pearce Ferry (take out July 16, 2011).

• Balance of trip due
We need to secure non refundable spaces with the outfitters 6 months out, so I’d like everyone to be paid and committed by mid January. If you have childcare issues, please work them out well before this date!!! If Bill and I can find someone to replace anyone who needs to back out of the trip we will refund you, but if no one can replace you a lot of the expenses of the trip are fixed and non refundable so please, please, please don’t put us in an awkward position with refunds. You are all our friends and we want to keep it that way!
